Edith Marie Ross Ferguson, age 86, of the Life Care Center of the Copper Basin passed away Tuesday, October 14th. Mrs. Ferguson was born in Fannin County and was a daughter of the late Otto and Emily Panter Ross. She was retired from the Levi Strauss Company where she worked as a seamstress. She was a member of the White Oaks Springs Baptist Church in Paulding County, GA. She is survived by two sons, Max & wife Shirlene Ferguson of Winter Haven, FL, Mickey & wife Elizabeth Ferguson of Wausau, FL; two daughters, Manila & husband Danny Holden of Ellijay, GA, Marie & husband Mark Dockery of Douglasville, GA; sister, Helen Loudermilk of Mineral Bluff, GA; nine grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.A graveside service was conducted Friday, October 17, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. from the Copper Ridge Memorial Gardens with Rev.
