Earl Lee Bledsoe, age 70, of Farner, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024 at his home. He was born on November 20, 1953 in Knoxville to the late William Denver Bledsoe and Alma Jewel Graves Bledsoe Key. Earl was of the Holiness Faith. He was a construction equipment operator. Earl was preceded in death by his wife of forty-seven years, Ruby Louise Burger Bledsoe; parents; grandson, Spencer Joseph Dockery and stepfather, Gordon Lynn Key.

Survivors are his daughter, Lisa Bledsoe of Farner; grandchildren, Jacob Chase Whitlow, Sydney Emmalynn Dockery and Sawyer Lynn Dockery all of Farner; sister, Lana Sue Brown of Copperhill; and brothers, Richard "Gus" Howard Bledsoe of Farner and Randall "Tex" Frank Bledsoe of Farner.

Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins-Cobb Funerals & Cremations of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Jonathan Smith and Rev. Larry Conner officiating. Interment followed in the Old Community Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Rick Bledsoe, Randy Bledsoe, Noah Bledsoe, Anthony Bledsoe, Lucas Pack and Michael Pack. Honorary pallbearer was Jacob Chase Whitlow.
