Dorothy Rosana Nelson, age 90, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023 in Jasper, GA. She was born on April 19, 1933 in Cherokee County, GA to the late Eugene Woodall and Charlcie Dean Woodall. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Ball Creek Baptist Church. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Farrell Nelson; and a son, Ronnie Nelson.

She is survived by her daughter, Joan Orr and husband, Gerald; grandchildren, William Nelson and wife, Teresa , Alisha and Cassidy Dempsey, and Raymond and Sara Orr; and a daughter-in-law, Diana Nelson.

Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. from the Mt. Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. John Newton officiating. Music will be provided by Greg Lashley.
