Dorothy Beatrice Johnson, age 83, of Turtletown, TN, pass away on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Mrs. Johnson was born in Washington, D.C. to the late Frantz Coleman Wilson and Dorothy Lee Fletcher. She enjoyed sewing, which she did professionally as a seamstress, drawing, and enjoyed helping her husband building their home.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Johnny Lee Johnson.

Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Mr. John M. Johnson, Jr; son, Tommy Johnson (Heather); Daughters, Kathy JoDell (Stefanie), Julie Johnson (Mike Buchanan), and Teresa Boudet; 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. from the Akins-Cobb Copperhill Chapel with Father John Conway officiating. Interment will follow in the Copper Ridge Memory Gardens.
