Doris Ann Mayhugh, age 69, of Mineral Bluff, GA passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2013 in the Fannin Regional Hospital in Blue Ridge, GA. Mrs. Mayhugh was born on May 9, 1943 in Switchback, West Virginia to the late Woodrow Wilson Nunn and Dorathea Nunn. She was a member of Blue Ridge United Methodist Church. She is survived by her huband, James "Jim" Mayhugh, Sr. of Mineral Bluff; son, Jim Mayhugh, Jr. of Ormond Beach, FL; daughter, Lena Mayhugh of Daytona Beach, FL; brother, James Nunn of Bluefield, VA; sister, Karen Bonita Gay of Greenville, TN; and grandchild, Stephen Garnett Mayhugh. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 22, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. from the Blue Ridge United Methodist Church with Rev. Doug Burrell officiating. Mrs. Mayhugh will lie in state at the chuch for 30 minutes prior to the service.
