Donna Moulder O'Neal of Mineral Bluff, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at home surrounded by her family after a prolonged battle with cancer. She was born on June 24, 1959 in Macon, Ga. Donna was an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker for many years.

Donna was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved spending quality time with her 3 grandchildren. In the Real Estate community, she was highly respected for her knowledge, kindness, professionalism, integrity, and commitment to her clients. Donna gave freely of her time to others. Even in the middle of her health battles, she was always willing to offer a helping hand. She took in and nursed many stray animals over the years and is greatly missed by Braydon, Brin, and Dixie.

Donna is survived by her husband of 30 years, J. B. O'Neal; mother, Imogene Dugger; son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Monica Goodrich; grandchildren, Amanda Goodrich, Gabriel Goodrich, and Camila Goodrich; and siblings, Charles Moulder, Jr., Stephanie Singleton (Allen), and Amy Dugger Couch. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Moulder; and brother Jay Dugger.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 3:00 pm from the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel. The family visited with friends at the funeral home at 2:00 p.m.
