IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Debra Lynn
Kvietkus
March 17, 1964 – April 15, 2023
Debra Lynn Kvietkus passed away on April 15, 2023 surrounded by her family in Blue Ridge, GA, a place that meant so much to her. She was 59 years old.
Debbi was born in Louisville, KY to Edward and Carol Asbridge. Following undergrad at the University of Georgia, Debbi moved to Virginia Beach, VA, where she met her husband, Bob. Debbi achieved her master's degree at William & Mary and then launched into a career she was destined to thrive in - human resources. Debbi's long and successful career can be credited to her innate ability to deeply connect with people, an attribute her friends and loved ones will always remember her for.
Debbi and Bob settled in Atlanta, GA, where they raised their two children - Tyler and Emily. Her family will always recall her extraordinary ability to never miss a piano recital, baseball game, weekend at Lake Hartwell, or friend's birthday, all the while continuing to advance her career. She made sure to continue the tradition started when she was a child - annual beach trips to Hilton Head Island. Debbi worked tirelessly to provide for and serve her family as a wife and mother. Debbi was and will always be immensely loved by everyone who knew her.
Debbi is survived by her husband of 34 years, Bob Kvietkus of Blue Ridge, GA, father Edward Asbridge of Flowery Branch, GA, sister and partner Rae Asbridge and Kellie Bowker of Lansdowne, PA, son and daughter-in-law, Tyler and Carolina Kvietkus of Atlanta, GA, and daughter Emily Kvietkus, of Woodstock, GA. She was preceded in death by her mother Carol Asbridge.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Timbers on Etowah in Canton, GA on May 18th, 2023 at 3:00 pm.
Debbi's family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations in Debbi's name be made to Feed Fannin (feedfannin.org) or Open Arms of Blue Ridge (oahome.org).
