Deborah Jean Hall, age 65, of Copperhill passed away on Monday, January 10, 2022 at her home. Deborah was born in Copperhill to the late James Hoyt Cavender and Loma Jewell Cole Cavender on June 6, 1956. She worked as a seamstress for many years. Deborah was a member of Mine City Baptist Church. Deborah is preceded in death by her sister, Janice Cavender Bennie. She is survived by her husband, Roger Dale Hall of the home; son, David E. (Brianne) Jones of Jasper, GA; daughers, Dana M. (Allen Watts) Jones of Copperhill, and Erica D. (David Green) Cavender of Copperhill; and grandchildren, Devin Jones and R.J. (Emily) Cavender. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joey Whittenbarger officiating. Music will be provided by Becky Wiggins. Interment will follow in the Crestlawn Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers, Matthew Cole, Donnie Brown, Isaiah Loudermilk, Billy Joe Cole, Michael York, and Tim Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be Devin Jones and R.J. Cole.
