David Dale Tammen, of Loganville, Georgia, passed away in the presence of family on July 6, 2022, at the age of 56. David was born on January 13, 1966, in California. He graduated from Fannin County High School in 1984 and attended the University of Georgia, where he met the love of his life, Emily Reid. David had a long and successful career in retail leadership and as a sales executive in the enterprise technology industry. He was highly respected and admired for his ability to build collaborative and effective business relationships and deliver consistent results. Outside of his career, David was a devoted husband to his loving wife and an amazing father to his four children. David is survived by his wife, Emily Reid Tammen; his children David (Denise) Tammen, Reid Tammen, Hayden Tammen, and Madison Tammen; his father, Jerry (Debbie) Tammen; his mother, Louella Tammen; and his siblings; Kimberly (Anthony) Walden, Michael (Heather) Tammen, and Jamie (Jaime) Born. He is preceded in death by his step-mother, Juanita Tammen. A Celebration of Life will be held on August 7, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Akademia Brewing Company in Athens, Georgia.
