Daniel Raymond Cook, age 39 of Blue Ridge, GA, who passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2010, at his home. He was born on April 7, 1971 in Fannin County, GA. Daniel was of the Baptist Faith. He was the son of Rudy Cook and Jo Ann (Sutton) Cook. He is also survived by his daughter, Kelly Cook of Blairsville, GA; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Patricia and Scott Holloway of Morganton, GA, Connie and Mike Davis of Blue Ridge, GA, Linda and Shane Vincent of AK, Nancy and Albert Jeffery of OK and Susie and Bobitt Patel of Philadelphia, PA; one brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Karen Cook of Blue Ridge, GA also survive. Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, September 15, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. from Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. James Worthey officiating. Music was by Mike Davis. Pallbearers were Albert Jeffrey, Joseph Holloway, Nathan Holloway, Tyler Holloway, Justin Kincaid, Mike Davis, William Stuart, and Glenn Dilbeck. Interment followed at New Antioch Church Cemetery.
