Cora Alma Marie Adcock, age 99, of Turtletown, TN passed away Thursday, July 29, 2010. Cora was born October 10, 1910 in Union County, GA to the late Moses and Millie Dean Weaver. She was a homemaker and was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, E.M. Adcock, Sr., children, Clifford, Mozelle, Jerri, Nola Mae, Fred, J.B. and Jack; also siblings, Roy Weaver, Pat Weaver, Maggie Adcock, Myrtle Pruitt and Nobie Henry Dover. She is survived by three sons, C.W. Adcock of Turtletown, TN, Joe (Patt) Adcock of Chatsworth, GA, Randy (Sabina) Adcock of Turtletown, TN; daughters, Jenell (Veto) Zuniga of Atlanta, GA, Linda (Rev.Bill) Maughan of Turtletown, TN, Debbie (Buddy) Hensley of Turtletown, TN; twenty-seven grandchildren; forty-three great-grandchildren; thirty-six great-great grandchildren; one great-great-great grandchild; many other relatives and friends.Funeral services were conducted Sunday, August 1, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Bill Maughan officiating. Music was by Holly Kaylor, Lisa Caylor and Glen Hughes. Pallbearers included Chad Nicholson, David Adcock, Robert Dale, Mickeal Guy, Larry Cheek, Scot Dale and Frank Dale.
