Clydetta Locke, age 67, of Copperhill, TN passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2018. Mrs. Locke was born in McCaysville to the late Clyde and Elizabeth Queen Patterson. She had worked as a Retail Associate with Rose's Department Store and was a member of the Mount Liberty Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Dwight, Marion and James Wesley Patterson. She is survived by her loving husband of forty-eight years, Charles Locke; her mother, Elizabeth Queen Patterson; brother, Rev. Clifton Patterson; brother-in-law, Glenn Locke; nieces and nephews, Jennifer Bowe, Rhonda Patterson, Janet Twiggs, Jessica Patterson, Salena Kennedy, Brad Patterson, Robbie Locke and Jill Locke. Funeral services were conducted Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Doug Payne officiating. Pallbearers included Brad Patterson, Robbie Locke, Robert Bowe, Tristan Boling and Nathan Rogers. Interment followed in the Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery.
