Clint Burrell, age 85, of Mineral Bluff, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023 in Asheville. He was born on September 2, 1938, in Hayesville, to the late Willis and Myrtle Burrell. Clint was a member of Mt. Harmony Baptist Church. He served in the United States Army and later owned and operated Wolf Creek Trucking. He is also preceded in death by his daughter, Karen Stonecipher; great-grandson, Clint O'Laughlin; and nephew, Tony Sneed.

Clint is survived by his wife, Doris Burrell; daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Clarence Davis, Kathy Burrell, and Stephanie and Bobby Thrasher; sisters, Selma Jean McCray and Doris Howard; grandchildren, Ballan Burrell, Shannina Allen, Justice Flock, Kallie Morrison, Tristany Burrell, Tay Rathbone, Heather Leslie, Joey Stonecipher, Marissi Stonecipher, and Tabitha Stonecipher; great-grandchildren, Roman Newman, Keely O'Laughlin, Gracie Stonecipher, Madison Stonecipher, Eli Stonecipher, Jordyn Stonecipher, Bevin Stonecipher, Zeak Gibbs, Jack Clark, Addie Clark, Chloe Allen, Riley Allen, Kenzie Allen, Hunter Rathbone, Zayden Rathbone, Braydon Bohanon, Alexis Bohanon, Connor Bohanon, and Donovan Williams; special daughter-in-law, Laura Burrell; and son-in-law, Billy Cole.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 12:00 PM from Mt. Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Timmy Joe Hemming officiating. Music will be provided by Kenny O'Neal, Doris Howard, Emma Dillard, and Amber Lyles. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the North Georgia Honor Guard. Pallbearers will be Bobby Thrasher, A.E. Loudermilk, Ned Loudermilk, Jason Deal, Isaiah Newman, Billy Newman. Honorary pallbearers will be Eric Waters, Hunter Rathbone, and Zayden Rathbone.
