Charles Monroe Stewart, age 65 of Lithia Springs, GA passed away on Friday, November 21, 2014, at his home. He was born Sunday, May 15, 1949 in Ducktown, TN to the late Emory and Mary Bradburn Stewart. Mr. Stewart was a home builder. He was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Stewart. Survivors are daughter, Tina Blackstock of Bremen, GA; son, Ethan Stewart of Atlanta, GA; mother, Mary Bradburn Stewart of Murphy, NC; brother, Emory Stewart of Centre, AL; sisters, Katherine Cain of Hiram, GA, Brenda Jones (Robert) of Blue Ridge, GA, Sue Whitener (Ronnie) of Murphy, NC and Judy Fowler (David) of Woodstock, GA and two grandchildren. Funeral services were held Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Pastor Calvin Murphy officiating.
