Charles Ray McArthur, age 74, of Cleveland, TN passed away on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at his home. He was born on July 6, 1947 in Copperhill, TN to the late Kenneth McArthur and Hazel Bell McArthur. Charles served his country in the United States Army. He was self-employed in the construction industry. Charles is preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Mary Tanner. He is survived by brother-in-law, Ray Tanner, nephew, Dr. Richard Tanner, and niece, Amy Tanner Phillips, all of Copperhill, TN. The family will be conducting a funeral service at a later date.
