Mr. Charles Adam Lowery, age 32, of Blue Ridge passed away Thursday, April 9, 2009 in the Fannin Regional Hospital in Blue Ridge, GA. Mr. Lowery was born in Union County, GA on March 31, 1977. He worked for himself as a residential builder. Mr. Lowery was preceded in death by his brother, Wilburn Joseph Lowery.He is survived by two sons, Charles Lowery and Payton Stiles, both of Blue Ridge; one daughter, Emily Lowery Whatley of FL; his mother, Stella Patterson of Blue Ridge; father, Charles Lowery of Blue Ridge; a brother and special sister-in-law, Matt and Tammy Lowery of Blue Ridge; step-brother, Shane Brooks of Morganton; niece, Jersey Lowery of Blue Ridge and nephew, Bobby Lowery of Blue Ridge.Funeral services were Monday, April 13, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins Chapel with Rev. Jeff Deavers and Rev. Matt Cook officiating. Music was by Stephanie Ensley and Charlotte Chastain. Pallbearers were Matt Lowery, Greg Lowery, Anthony Lowery, Craig Young, Oscar Thomas, and Charlie Byers. Interment followed in Jerusalem Cemetery.
