Charles Norman Kinser, , 71 of Blue Ridge, Georgia passed away Monday, January 16, 2012, in Calhoun, Georgia.Born Thursday, May 2, 1940 in Blue Ridge, Georgia, he was the son of the late June Kinser and the late Lizzie Stewart Kinser.
