Charles Wilbur Kimsey, age 70, of Turtletown passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at his home. Charles was born on August 11, 1955 in Copperhill to the late Hollis Otis Kimsey and Polly Wilcox Kimsey. He was of Christian faith as a member of the Ocoee Street Church of Christ for over 15 years. Charles was a picture of faith and determination. He was an avid outdoorsman that enjoyed boating and water skiing. Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Hollis and Polly Kimsey; and brother-in-law, James Chancey.

Charles is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Tammy Kimsey; son, Chad Kimsey; grandchildren, Aiden Kimsey and Cullen Kimsey; sister, Dorothy Chancey; special cousin, Chris Hopkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and family.

Memorial services were conducted on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at 2:00 PM from the Ocoee Street Church of Christ with Min. Spencer Hall and Min. Brandon Jones officiating. Congregational music was led by Bruce Pack. The family visited with friends at the Church of Christ on Saturday, December 27, 2025 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm.
