Mr. Charles William Kiker, III, passed away January 22, 2018 at his home. Born in Ducktown, TN, he was the son of the late Charles William, Jr. and Catherine Roberts Kiker. Charles graduated from West Georgia College with a Bachelors of Science Degree. He owned and operated the Blue Ridge Supply for many years. Charles was a member of the Blue Ridge United Methodist Church.Survivors include one sister, Linda Kiker of Blue Ridge, GA; nephew, Mark Thomason of Blue Ridge, GA; two great nieces, Emily and Kadie Thomason of Mineral Bluff, GA; and a large number of other relatives and friends.Funeral services were conducted on Friday, January 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Thom Shores officiating. A eulogy was provided by Bob Nichols and music was by Judy Cheyne. Interment followed in the Chastain Memorial Park Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Bob Nichols, Duggar Kiker, Paul Kiker, Mike Britton, Sandy Fuller, Johnny Scearce and Scott Kiker.
