Mr. Charles Evan Fish, Sr., age 70, of Blue Ridge, GA, passed away January 28, 2022. Mr. Fish was born in Akron, OH on July 19, 1951. He worked for many area garages as a mechanic and spent most of his career at Blue Ridge Handy Lube. He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald Edward Fish and Virginia Gardner Fish; a son, Zack Fish; spouse Sally Bihler Gordon; and siblings, Richard Fish and Jane Fish. He is survived by his children, Angela (Lee) McVay, Charles (Patricia) Fish, Jr., Jennifer (Laurence) Mingle; Eric Sullivan; step children, Donald (Jennifer) Cooper and Stacey Cooper; spouse, Mildred Fogle; grandchildren, Mitchell McVay, Megan McVay, Nicole Fish, Evan Fish, Ashley Fish, Nathan Mingle, Isaac Mingle, Gabriel Mingle, Isobelle Mingle, Aaron Cooper, Cari Cooper, Sincere Cooper, Jaycie Bowlen, Briayla Bowlen, and Jaden Bowlen; a brother, Paul Fish; and nieces and nephews and other extended family members.
