Charles "Chuck" Bunion Davis, age 60, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away on April 19, 2021 at Parkside Nursing Home in Ellijay, GA. He was born on September 17, 1960 in Chattanooga, TN to the late James "Jimmy" R. Davis and Nancy Walden Davis. Charles served his country in the United States Navy. He was a member of Salem #2 Baptist Church. He was an avid sports fan, and a longtime fan of the Atlanta Braves. Charles is preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Newt and Pearl Davis, and Henry and Ida Walden; uncle and aunt, Raymond and Maggie Harper; brothers, Bobby Davis and Randy Davis; and niece, Rebecca Housley. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Dianna and Pastor Kenny Housley of McCaysville, GA; niece, Rachel Housley of McCaysville, GA; and great-niece, Fiona Ransom of McCaysville, GA. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. from Salem #2 Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Hooper officiating. Music will be provided by the Caylor Family. Interment will follow in the Salem #2 Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers, Eddie Nazerian, Scott Nazerian, Troy Walden, Todd Walden, John Wright, and Rex Dills.
