Candi Lynette Hicks, age 48, of Mineral Bluff, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2019. She was born on May 1, 1971 in Polk County, TN. She was a member of Hipps Chapel Church. She is preceded in death by her mother, Judy Dyer Hicks. She is survived by her husband, James Hawkins; daughters, Cheyanne Hawkins, Jennifer Hawkins, and Emily Hawkins; step-children, Matt Hawkins and Beth Hawkins; son-in-law, Jerry Hawkins; father, Arthur Hicks; sisters, Brandy Hefner and Amber Mauldin; and many other relatives and friends also survive. Memorial services were conducted on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 4:00 PM from the Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Delmar Davenport and Rev. Eric Davenport officiating.
