The Akins Funeral Home of Copperhill announces the death of Mr. Calvin Clinton Prince, Sr. age 66, of Oldfort, Tenn., who died Monday, March 3, at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Prince had worked in the timber industry until his retirement.He is survived by his wife Pat (Parris) Prince of the home; six daughters, Sherry (Prince) Waugh of Cleveland, Tenn., Tammy (Prince) Miller of Oldfort, Tenn., Melinda (Prince) Goforth of Benton, Tenn., Tina (Prince) Verner of Linsdale, Tenn., Regina (Prince) Moore of Cleveland, Tenn., Rebecca (Prince) Roberts of Oldfort, Tenn., two sons, Calvin Clinton Prince, Jr. of Oldfort, Tenn., Jackie E. Prince of Oldfort, Tenn., five sisters, Dorothy Adams of Bingham, Maine, Betty McFarland of Copperhill, Tenn., Geneva Hughes of Copperhill, Tenn., Shirley Flores and Susie Milam both of Fort Worth, Texas, three brothers, John Prince of Copperhill, Tenn., Bobby Prince of Ducktown, Tenn., and Huey Prince of Mineral Bluff, Ga., thirty four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be at Mt. Harmony Baptist Church cemetery at 4:00 PM Wednesday, March 5, 2008, Rev. Floyd Boggess officiating.
