Little Miss. Britney Michelle Davis passed away on June 25, 2008 in the Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. Survivors include her parents, Jacob and Melinda Maney Davis of Mineral Bluff, GA; twin brother, Evan Walter Davis; maternal grandparents, Linda and Garland Maney of Murphy, NC, Estelle Maney of Hayesville, NC and Johnnie Dockery of Young Harris, GA; paternal grandfather, Walter Davis of Mineral Bluff, GA; aunts and uncles, Larry and Kathy Seabolt of Blue Ridge, GA, Willie and Sabina Tipton of Blue Ridge, GA, Jeanie and Glenn Lambert of Charleston, SC, Sandy and Nicky Nicholson of Hiawassee, GA, Amanda Adams of Blue Ridge, GA, Michelle Maney of Murphy, NC, Alan Maney of Hayesville, NC and Renee Pratt of Hendersonville, NC; and many first and second cousins also survive. She was also recently preceded in death by a grandmother, Mrs. Katherine Davis. Funeral services were conducted Monday June 30, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Shane Roberson officiating. Interment followed in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Larry L. Seabolt, Raymond George Lambert, Dale Ray and Nicky Nicholson. Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, GA in charge of the arrangements.
