Mr. Bobby Ray Rhodes, age 49, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away on April 17, 2022 in Fannin Regional Hospital. He was born on June 14, 1972 in Polk County, TN. He was preceded in death by his father, A.M. Franklin Rhodes. Survivors include his mother and her friend, Patsy Rhodes and Dennis Chapman; sons and one daughter-in-law, Nathan and Beth Pless and Colby Hattaway; aunts and uncles, Donna Garland, Carolyn Ward and Michael Patterson; nephews, Jensen and Jameson Dillard; and many other cousins, relatives and friends.
