Bobby Calvin Long, age 58, of Morganton, GA passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014 in the Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper, GA. Mr. Long was born on September 24, 1955 in Blue Ridge, GA to the late Willie Calvin Long and Lucille Cavendar Long. He was owner/operator of North Georgia Stone since 1987, owner/operator of North Georgia Gun & Pawn, and enjoyed raising cattle. He was an active member of Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church. Mr. Long is survived by his wife of 25 years, Terrie Long of Morganton, GA; children, Jackie (Shawn) Seabolt, Calvin Long, and Tayelor Long, all of Morganton; grandchildren, Eric and Luke Seabolt; sisters, Lynda Daves, Sue Tipton, and Jayne Beavers, all of Morganton and deceased infant Evelyn Long; nephews, Tony Daves, Michael Tipton and Mitchell Tipton; mother-in-law, Lemma Sanford of Ellijay; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Sherrie and Chris Fouts of Chatsworth and M.H. Sanford of St. Simonds Island. GA; special aunt, Brenda Mooney of Ellijay; and many great nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held Friday, January 24, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. from Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church with Elder David Mooney and Ralph Parker officiating. Pallbearers were Junior White, Ronnie Akins, Tony Daves, David McDaris, Joey McDaniel, and James Stokes. Honorary pallbearers were Larry Long, Shawn Seabolt, Michael Tipton, Mitchell Tipton, Eric Seabolt, Luke Seabolt, Jim Falls, Jeff Roland, Willie Baldwin, Wiley Tipton, Brandon Stiles, Orin Daves, John Foster, M.H.
