Billy Napoleon Wright, 75, of McCaysville, GA passed away on March 26, 2011 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Born in Fannin County, GA he was predeceased by his parents, Elvin and Nola Wright; daughter, Linda Wright Payne; brothers, Leroy, Jimmy, and Frank Wright; sisters, Jean McDonald, Christine Hicks, and Kathryn Corn.Mr. Wright was the Chief Repair Crew Leader for the Acid Department of the Tennessee Copper Company. He was a member and deacon at Hot House Baptist Church. He was the president of the North Georgia Hunting Club. A member of the Grand Chapter of Georgia Royal Arch Masons; Grand Council of Georgia Royal and select Masons; Grand Commandery Knight's Templar of Georgia; member of the Yarrab Temple; past President of the North Georgia Shrine Club; received the Knights of the York Cross of Honor; member of McCay Lodge #423 F Honorary member of the Ocoee Lodge, Mineral Bluff Lodge, and Young Cane Lodge. He was a giving person, and in his lifetime he personally donated over 32 gallons of blood. He loved his family as well as being an outdoorsman where he loved to hunt, camp and fish. Mr. Wright is survived by his wife, Carolyn Wright of McCaysville, GA; son, William Wright of Dawsonville, GA; son, Terry and Joi Wright of McCaysville, GA; son, Ricky and Teresa Wright of McCaysville, GA; brother, Earl Wright of Copper Hill, TN; sister, Reathel and Floyd Suit of McCaysville, GA; sister, Bessie and Ervin Harris of McCaysville, GA; 5 grandchildren, Teresa Dailey, Billy Payne, Joseph Wright, Jonah Wright, Skylar Wright; 3 great grandchildren, Carolyn Dailey, Alex Dailey, and Jailyn Wright. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at Akins Funeral Home Chapel in Blue Ridge, GA, with Masonic Funeral Services held at 5:00 PM Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at the funeral home. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Akins Funeral Home Chapel in Blue Ridge. Interment will follow at Pan-Will Cemetery. Music presented by AC Caylor Family, Phillip Thomas, Freddie Hopkins, and Lauren "Bubba" McDonald. Eulogies presented by Freddie Hopkins, Tommy Bell. The Rev.'s.
