Billy Gerald Nobles, age 80, of Epworth passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Northside Hospital in Canton, GA. Mr. Nobles was born on December 11, 1937 in Ocilla, GA to the late Henry and Margaret Ashley Nobles. He was a veteran of the Navy, serving 14 years of active duty and 20 years in the reserves. After his time in the military, he owned several small businesses. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Charles Nobles.He is survived by his wife, Sandra Nobles of the home; sons, Dennis Nobles of Tallahassee, FL and Damon Harper of Sarasota, FL; a daughter, Amber (Jody) Cordell of Wilmington, NC; a brother, Joe (Katherine) Nobles of Dania, FL; a granddaughter, Sally Cutchins; and great granddaughters, Annabelle Cutchins and Brooklynn Cutchins.Condolences may be sent to the family at www.akinsfuneralhome.com.
