Billy Loudermilk, age 84 of Turtletown passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at the Fannin Regional Hospital. He was born on December 11, 1935 in Ducktown to the late James Elmer Loudermilk and Florence Ruth Worley Loudermilk. Billy was a repairman with the Tennessee Chemical Company. He was a member of Mount Vernon Baptist Church and the Ducktown Lodge #241 F&AM. Billy was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Junior, Doc and Jess Loudermilk and sister, Opal Jones.
Survivors are his wife, Barbara Loudermilk of Turtletown; son and daughter-in-law, Mike Loudermilk and Karen of Turtletown; daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda White and Kenneth of Turtletown and Karen Allen and Larry of Turtletown; grandchildren, Amanda Jenkins, Alison (Stephen) Arp, Joe Loudermilk, Kayleigh Loudermilk, Kayden Roe Loudermilk, Tyler Allen, Logan (Amanda) Allen and Bryson Allen; great-grandchildren, Kena Jenkins, Lindsey (Andrew ) Hyatt, Adam Ferguson, Sadie Allen and Sawyer Allen; great great-grandchildren, Alexis Hyatt, Addison Hyatt and Alivia Hyatt; brother, Jerry Loudermilk of Turtletown and sister, Mildred Irene Loudermilk of Turtletown also survive.
Graveside services were conducted on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. from the Mount Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery with Masonic Rites by the Ducktown Lodge #241 F&AM. Pallbearers were Joe Loudermilk, Tyler Allen, Logan Allen, Danny Allison, David Baliles, and Doug Baliles. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.akinsfuneralhome.com.
