Billie Jo Matthews, age 78, of Epworth, Georgia passed away on December 4, 2024 in Blue Ridge, Georgia. She was born on September 7, 1946 in Blue Ridge, Georgia to the late William A. Matthews and Ethel P. Foster Matthews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; William A. Matthews and Ethel P. Foster Matthews; husband, Hubert Dale Kirk, II; and grandchild, Keith Allen Robinson.
Billie Jo is survived by her beloved children, Donna Jo Kirk of Epworth, GA and Hubert Dale Kirk, III of Epworth, GA; grandchildren, Robin Dale Kirk and Billie Jo Robinson; and siblings, Johnny Matthews, Jimmy Matthews, and Jackie Ducharme.
