Bessie Plumley Womble, age 87 of Farner, TN passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019. She was born in Farner, TN on June 20, 1931 to the late Sam Plumley and Nola Wilson Plumley. She was a homemaker and member of Community Baptist Church. Survivors are her children, Debra Bell of Gastonia, NC, Ray Womble, Bill Womble, Monk Womble, Lisa Womble, Jess Womble all of Farner, TN and Bridgett and Gary Craine of Turtletown, TN; brother, Gene Plumley of Turtletown, TN; grandchildren, Jennifer Craine, Ben Craine, Charlie Womble, Zachary Womble, Jessica Womble, James Bell, Dinkle Bell, Seth Womble, Mary Jackson, Dolly (Greg) Kimsey, Richard (Melanie) Womble and Jeffery Taylor and thirteen great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from the Community Baptist Church with Rev. Mitchell Allen officiating. Music will be by Rosie Payne, Randall Payne and Gracie Payne. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Zachary Womble, Greg Kimsey, Richard Womble, Travis Garren, Frankie Womble, Bobby Joe Dunn and James Farner.
