Mrs. Barbara Nichols Rogers, age 88, of Mineral Bluff, Georgia passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at her home. She was born on March 17, 1936 in Mineral Bluff, Georgia to the late Otis Nichols and Prudence Baugh Nichols. She was the last of nine children. She was devoted in the Baptist faith, and a member of Mineral Bluff Baptist Church. Mrs. Barbara cherished her family dearly, and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Floyd "Bill" Rogers; infant great-grandchild, Lennon Lance; and eight siblings.

Mrs. Barbara is survived by her children, William Phillip Rogers (Ava) of Blue Ridge, GA, David R. Rogers (Ginger L.) of Epworth, GA, and Shelly Utley (Keith) of Copperhill, TN; grandchildren, Cody Lance (Kelsey), Kelly Floyd (Jonathan), Carson Lance (Alley), Neil Rogers, and Jeb Rogers; great-grandchildren, Branson Lance, Knox Floyd, Roxy Floyd, Braylee Rogers, Rhett Lance, and Sutton Lance; many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.

Graveside services were held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. from the Toccoa Baptist Church Cemetery with Jimmy Nichols officiating. Music was provided by Jeb Rogers. The following gentlemen served as pallbearers: Cody Lance, Carson Lance, Neil Rogers, Jeb Rogers, Jimmy Nichols, and Keith Utley.
