Mrs. Barbara Russell Patterson, age 72, passed away on March 28, 2019 in The Bridge at Monteagle Nursing Home in Monteagle, TN. A native of the Copper Basin, she was the daughter of the late J.B. and Lois Cole Russell. Barbara worked for a number of years as a catalogue sales representative for JC Penny in Blue Ridge, GA. She was also of the baptist faith. Also preceding her in death is her son, Timothy Patterson; siblings, Richard Russell, Michael Russell and Ronald Russell. Survivors include her caregivers, Charles and Odetta Patterson of Mineral Bluff, GA; two grandchildren, Dalton Patterson and Jessica Patterson; sister-in-law, Gail Russell. Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. from the Chastain Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Delmar Davenport officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Gerald Patterson, Steven Patterson, Dalton Patterson, Justin Russell, Larry Cochran and Carlos Wilson.
