Mrs. Barbara Sue Patterson Dillard, age 63, of Blue Ridge, GA who passed away on Friday, August 6, 2010 in the Fannin Regional Hospital. She was born on November 9, 1946 in Fannin County to the late William Arthur and Ester Leona Danner Patterson. Barbara had worked at Levi Strauss as a machine operator. She was a member of Barnes Chapel Church. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, of forty-three years, James William (Dub) Dillard; daughter, Sandy Lee Dillard; three sons, Phillip, James and Robert Dillard. Survivors include two daughters, Jody Dillard and Brittany Patterson both of Blue Ridge, GA; two brothers, Danny Patterson and Mike Patterson both of Blue Ridge, GA; five sisters, Frankie Lewis of Blue Ridge, GA, Carolyn Ward of Blue Ridge, GA, Patsy Rhodes of Blue Ridge, GA, Deborah Deal of Copperhill, TN and Donna Garland of Cherrylog, GA; two grandchildren, Jamison and Jensen Dillard also survive. Graveside services will be conducted Monday August 9, 2010 from the Macedonia Church of Christ Cemetery with Rev. Darvin Couch officiating.
