Mrs. Barbara Sue Cole, age 82, of Etowah, TN, passed away at her home on October 24, 2020. She was born in Ducktown, TN, to the late Ben and Ora Mae Cross Miller. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a homemaker and a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church in her younger years and later Madison Heights Fellowship Church in Michigan. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Nelson Cole. Survivors include her sons and one daughter-in-law, Randy and Carla Cole of Turtletown, TN, Jeffery Lynn Cole Madison Heights, MI and Aaron Bryan Cole of Etowah, TN; sister, Janie Lou James of Rossville, GA; grandchildren, Brandy Cole, Colton Cole (Krissa), Alex Cole, Cassidy Graham, Michele Cole and Cat Cole; and four great grandchildren. A private graveside service was at the Zion Hill Cemetery with Rev. Al Patterson officiating on Monday, October 26, 2020. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.akinsfuneralhome.com.
