Mrs. B. Mildred Ledford, age 93, of Ducktown, TN passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Mildred was a daughter of the late Charles and Lula Margaret Mealer Goode. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.She is survived by children, Mike (Doris) Karranza, Rick (Donna) Stueve and Sarah Gubbard; sister, Joyce Singo; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews.Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, August 15th at 1:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Don Padgett officiating. Eulogies will be spoken by family members. Interment will follow in the Zion Hill cemetery. In lieu of flowers, at the family's request, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Valley River Humane Society Animal Shelter, 1161 Hwy-64, Murphy, NC 28906.
