Mr. Archibald Harris, age 81, Copperhill, who passed away Thursday, October 16, 2008 at his home. Mr. Harris was a native of the Polk County area and was a son of the late Robert Harris and Nancy Craig Harris. He was retired as a laborer in construction and was of the Baptist Faith. He is survived by a son, Clint Harris of Brookfield, Wisconsin; three brothers, Norman Harris, Corky Harris and Fritz Harris, all of Isabella, TN; one sister, Mary Lou Prince of Isabella, TN; and six grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Saturday, October 18, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Dickey officiating. A private interment followed at a later date.
