Anthony "Neal" O'Neal Galloway, age 47 of Jasper, GA passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at the Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. He was born on September 24, 1975 in Marietta, GA to the late Charles Galloway and Patricia Huffman Galloway. Neal was a teacher at Sevier County Schools. He was a member of Momentum Church in Woodstock, GA. Neal was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Joan Harris.

Survivors are his wife, Paula Patterson of Jasper, GA; children, Laiklin McArthur, Jazmine Hicks and Kayleigh McArthur all of Jasper, GA; honorary brother, Marty Hicks (Jennifer) of Dalton, GA; sisters, Crystal Price (Albert) of Easley, SC, Karen Anderson (Jerry) of Summerville, GA and Sharon Watkins (Ray) of Blue Ridge, GA; mother-in-law, Mary Patterson of Jasper, GA; nieces and nephews, Brad Watkins, Kelley Mote, Ashley Gill, Dannan Sanderson, Cheyenne Latta, Jimmy Harris, Jonene Harris, Bridget Johnston, Jason Hall, Parker Cleaver and Courtney Cleaver.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel with Pastor Ross Wiseman officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening, May 8, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to help defray final expenses.
