The Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge announces the death of Mrs. Anna Loretta Strong, age 92, of Blue Ridge, GA who passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at Life Care of Copper Basin in Ducktown, TN. She was born on September 13, 1917 in Johnstown, PA, to the late John and Ruth Susan Wagner Ford. Mrs. Strong was a homemaker and a member of Blue Ridge United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Donald Strong of Blue Ridge, GA; two sons, Joel Strong of Racine, WI and Terry Strong of Saint George, UT; two grandchildren, Colin Strong and Timothy Strong; a great grandchild, Cameron Strong also survive.
