Mr. Andrew John Gmeiner, age 85, of Copperhill, TN, passed away May 14, 2019 at his home. Born in Queens, NY, he was the son of the late Isadore Joseph and Anna Kiechle Gmeiner. He served this country in the United States Army for two years. He was a graduate of Georgia Tech where he earned his degree as a mechanical engineer. Survivors include his wife, Joanna Burger Gmeiner; cousin, Miriam Lee and her family; sister-in-law, Jean Kennedy; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Charles Leland and Catherine Johnson Burger; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be conducted on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. from the Bethlehem Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeremiah Jack officiating. The family will receive friends at the Bethlehem Baptist Church prior to the service from 6:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
