Mr. Andrew "Todd" Cicotte, age 36, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away Friday, December 31, 2010 at his home. Mr. Cicotte was born on November 21, 1974 in Riverview, Michigan. He was a self-employed landscaper. He was of the Christian faith. Mr. Cicotte was musically inclined and enjoyed playing music, especially on his guitar. He is survived by his wife, Crystal C. Cicotte of Blue Ridge; step son, Tyler Hughes of Waleska, GA; father, Norman Cicotte and his wife Elizabeth of Palmetto, FL; mother, Patty Cicotte of Blue Ridge; siblings, Teri Bahr of Madison Heights, MI, Cindi Frame and husband David of Calhoun, GA, Jani McNeill and husband Jim of White, GA, and April Cicotte of Dearborne Heights, MI; and grandmother, Joy Cicotte of Bradenton, FL. Funeral services were conducted Friday, January 7, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Dean Crowe and Dr. Tom Jordan officiating. Pallbearers were David Frame, Ben Frame, Zach McNeill, Jim McNeill, David Brochue, and John Stoicoff. Interment followed in Epworth First Baptist Church Cemetery.
