Amber Marie Parker Padgett, age 31, of Blue Ridge passed away on November 11, 2021. Amber was born in Carthage, New York on September 26, 1990. Amber was a well-known waitress in town that loved going to work and was loved by all who met her. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and absolutely loved her beach trips and the waves of fun she had on them. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend to many. She leaves behind her husband, David Padgett and their son, Noah Xavier Padgett; sister and brother-in-law, Brittney and Randell Caylor; mother, Lesley Parsons; father, Michael Parker; cousin, Zac Lee; and aunt, Lori Lee. She was also loved by many other family members and friends. A memorial service to celebrate Ambers life was held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Akins Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to help defray final expenses. Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge was in charge of arrangements. There are no gallery images.
