Alphia Nell Willis, age 71 of Blue Ridge, GA passed away on May 10, 2020. She was born in Phenix City, AL on December 6, 1948 to the late Hugh Lee McMillan and Mary Virginia Russell. She was a art teacher with the Riverdale Middle School. She is survived by her daughter Krista Willis of Blue Ridge, GA.
