Mr. Allen Joseph Plemons, age 45, of El Paso, TX , passed away on April 9, 2008 in El Paso, TX. Born in Chatsworth, GA, he was the son of the late Charlie W. and Lilly Allen Plemons. He was also the grandson of the late Hattie and Gay Plemons, Omi O'Neal and Walt Allen.Survivors included two brothers, Danny W. Plemons of Cleveland, TN and Gary Charles Plemons of Topeka, KS; sister, Carlette Ortiz of Hairman, TN; half brother, Terry Guthrie of Topeka, KS; half sister, Cindy Guthrie of Topeka, KS and many other relativies also survived.Funeral services were conducted Sunday, April 20, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kerry Plemmons officiating. Music was by Vicki Bice and Melinda Jones. Pallbearers were Timmy Davis, Clarence Davis, Flafel Davis, Robert Dobbs, Nathan Rogers and Martin Lane.
