Alisa Ann Ellenburg, age 53, of Blue Ridge, GA, formerly of the greater Dalton, GA area, passed away on September 14, 2021. Mrs. Ellenburg was born on September 9, 1968 in Dalton, GA. She loved riding through the mountains, watching the deer and butterflies. Alisa loved life and never met a stranger. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Lewis and Melissa Burgess of Ellijay, Thomas Wayne and Carrie Hodge Mozingo of Dalton, and an aunt, Rita Mozingo Kirk of Dalton. She is survived by Michael Blake Ellenburg of Ringgold, GA; her parents, Shelby Jeanne Mozingo of Lawrenceville, GA and Johnny Lewis Burgess of Cohutta, GA; aunts, Ruby Lee Henley of Jonesboro, GA and Elaine Mozingo Phillips of Ellijay, GA; cousins, Melissa Dunbar of Jonesboro, GA and Sidney Wayne Mozingo Phillips of Ellijay, GA. She also leaves behind several other family members and friends. Mrs. Ellenburgs wishes were to be cremated and no services are currently planned.
